Dr. Itxaso del Palacio serves as Partner at Notion. She also is an Angel Investor. Previously, she was a Principal at Lepe Partners, where she led investments in venture growth companies in digital media and consumer technologies. Prior to that, she was at EC1 Capital, investing in early-stage startups and helping them build and commercialize their technologies. She is a Kauffman Fellow and holds a BSc and MSc in Engineering, as well as a Ph.D. focusing on Economics and Venture Capital. She has taught entrepreneurship in many institutions, including Imperial College and University College London.

Mr. Christopher Tottman is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Notion. Currently, he served as Board Member at Triptease, Elevaate, Localz, Adfenix,Triptease, Unbabel and Easol. He served as Board Member at Brightpearl & Vizolution. He is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MessageLabs responsible for executing the company’s organizational vision to support global expansion and growth strategies. Chris joined as the Chief Commercial Officer of MessageLabs Group in 1999 and was responsible for sales strategy in both Star and MessageLabs until 2004, when he also became the interim CEO of Star Internet until December 2005. Prior to MessageLabs, Chris spent a decade working in leadership roles in the financial services sector, including Lehman Bros, Zurich Life, and Old Mutual
